MMR -
Children attending kindergarten through college must have
two MMR vaccines
Hepatitis B – Required for all children 5th
through 12th grades and all children entering a child
care facility or school operated program below the kindergarden
level. Recommended for all children.
Haemophilus Influenza B (HIB) – required for Head Start.
Varicella – required for all children age 2 and over
entering a licensed daycare, preschool, Head Start or
Kindergarden.
