Educate
community/expectant mothers on the importance of
early prenatal care and risk factors associated with
infant mortality. Work with Family Planning, TPS, medical, Pre-K/Head Start and other social service agencies on prevention of teen pregnancies and promote responsible fathers. Educate community on health, nutrition, safety, parenting, early childhood development and early literacy. Work with various agencies/groups to raise awareness and offer prevention information on obesity issues. |

Strong Families Strong Communities cafe's to foster

Offer Cafés where families naturally
gather. Develop, update and distribute a Provider Resource Directory for Adams County. |
