Continue to collaborate with QUANADA, Chaddock’s Childhood Trauma Initiative,  CFC, Safe Kids, Neighborhood Watch, WCCCC, Pre-K/Head Start, Strengthening Families of IL on projects/awareness activities around child abuse, trauma and family/domestic violence. 

Continue to collaborate with the Autism Coordinating Council and Transitions on issues/needs around Autism and other mental health concerns

Obesity

Educate community/expectant mothers on the importance of early prenatal care and risk factors associated with infant mortality. 

Work with Family Planning, TPS, medical, Pre-K/Head Start and other social service agencies on prevention of teen pregnancies and promote responsible fathers.

Educate community on health, nutrition, safety, parenting, early childhood development and early literacy.

Work with various agencies/groups to raise awareness and offer prevention information on obesity issues.

Provider and Parent Cafe's

Provider Resource Directory

Quarterly Community Conversations with faith based and social service providers utilizing the Art of Hosting concepts to foster deeper community relationships

Conduct provider and parent cafe's: Strong Families Strong Communities cafe's to foster deeper relationships with families and community to engage families in community sustainability efforts.  Offer Cafés where families naturally gather.

Develop, update and distribute a Provider Resource Directory for Adams County.
