As your Circuit Clerk, I am pleased to offer what will be an easy and effective way to view certain records in our office. Click “Search Court Records” on the left side menu bar to begin. Although most records will be made available, there will be records that are ordered suppressed, impounded or confidential. Those records may not be viewed or accessed.

The Circuit Clerk’s Office offers several options for credit/debit card payment of fines, costs and bail. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A convenience fee is charged based on the amount of the payment. The convenience fee is not retained by the Circuit Clerk and is a fee of the company processing the payment.

The first option would be to simply use the “Search Court Records” on the left side menu bar to locate your case. If you have been to court and the case has a disposition, there will be a red “Pay Now” button you can click. This will take you to a screen where you will be able to make a credit/debit card payment.

The second option is to go through GovPayNet by calling 888-604-7888 or via the internet using the links below. The cardholder must have the defendant’s name, date of birth, case number (if available), pay location code and amount of bail or payment they wish to make.
