WHERE CAN YOU OBTAIN YOUR NOTARY CERTIFICATE?

  • The Adams County Clerk’s office will send you a letter informing you that a Commission has arrived.  Bring that letter to the County Clerk’s office located at 507 Vermont Street, Quincy, Illinois.

WHAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOU CAN OBTAIN YOUR NOTARY CERTIFICATE?

  • A filing fee of $5.00.  Checks should be made out to the Adams County Clerk.
