Alliance
for Building Communities - A community partnership of
individuals and groups working to improve the quality of life for
all residents of Adams County. This active partnership looks at our
county’s challenges and works to find solutions.
PATCH
- Planned Approach to Community Health is a community process
used to assess the community, identify health priorities,
strategically plan and evaluate interventions.
HC/HY
- Healthy Communities-Healthy Youth is a grassroots effort to
educate community members about the role they can play in nurturing
competent, caring and responsible children and youth.
Dental
Clinic - The Adams County Health Department Dental Clinic
provides dental care to eligible children ages 2 through 20 and
eligible adults in Adams County. The clinic is located on the
east campus of Blessing Hospital near 14th St in Quincy.
Teen
REACH - Teen REACH offers youth age 10-16 after school
activities that are safe, structured, and fun. Activities take
place during out of school times: Mondays-Fridays, and on Saturdays.
Teen REACH activities focus on personal responsibility, educational
enrichment, and personal achievement.
