Smoking: The Adams County
Health Department will help by providing the first four weeks of
patches to you.
Participant must be an Adams County resident.
Participant must be 18 years of age or older.
Participant must not be pregnant.

County Health Department will:
Provide nicotine replacement patches for a period of 4 weeks as
a part of a total stop-smoking program. Patches will be
available at the Adams County Health Department. Participants
will only receive a one-week supply per visit.
American Lung Association will:
Provide free phone counseling to participants and instruct them
on any follow-up concerns. And notify the Health
Department of which participants have followed through with
counseling and whether they should receive nicotine patches for
the next week.
