THE HABIT
Ready To Quit Smoking: The Adams County Health Department will help by providing the first four weeks of patches to you.
Program
Eligibility:
Participant must be an Adams County resident.
Participant must be 18 years of age or older.
Participant must not be pregnant.

The
Adams County Health Department will:
Provide nicotine replacement patches for a period of 4 weeks
as a part of a total stop-smoking program.
Patches will be available at the Adams County Health
Department. Participants will only receive a one-week supply
per visit.
American Lung Association will:
Provide free phone counseling to participants and instruct
them on any follow-up concerns.
Notify the health department of which participants have
followed through with counseling and whether they should
receive nicotine patches for the next week.
