Where can you obtain your Notary Certificate?
The Adams County Clerk’s office will send you a letter informing you that a Commission has arrived. Bring that letter to the County Clerk’s office located at 507 Vermont Street, Quincy, Illinois.
What is required before you can obtain your Notary Certificate?
A filing fee of $18.00. Checks should be made out to the Adams County Clerk.
